Georgia Apartments

(Apartments in Tsilivi)

. I am thinking about going last week in Oct 2009 whilst kids are on 1/2 term.Will be taking a 15 year old with us, can anyone who has just come back or has been this late in Oct ,is there many bars and restaurants still open and what will the weather be like, what is the euro rate. Cheers Gary

Booked to go to the Georgia apartments next year August, are they behind the bakers shop or are they opposite the Athena Taverna behind the Majestic Taverna.

Just got back from 2 weeks in Tsillivi , the georgia aprtments are fine basic and clean we have no complaints at all

Marni As I said I have been going to Tsilivi for a long time. All the times I have been with Olympic we have never stopped at the Georgia II to drop off or pick up people and coming back this year we was the first pick up and then went to all the other accommodations, so as far as I am aware they have never been with Olympic.

But i am now completely confused about the Georgia Apartments....

As im aware, there are the Georgia Apartments and the Georgia II....i was under the impression that im staying at the Georgia with the swimming pool and near the middle of the resort centre, around 600 metres from the beach. That was all perfectly fine until the Georgia II was thrown into the mix. Some of the sites ive been looking at show the Georgia as the Georgia II and vise versa... Im so confused!!! Even the travel agent showed me the Georgia II instead of the Georgia when i asked for some pictures of the place. But on my booking and on the Olympic website it clearly says the Georgia Apartments and Studios with a pool and all the correct info without any II to be seen???? So now i have no idea...

I don't want to get to Zante and realise they've put us in the Georgia II with no pool and in the middle of nowhere! Can anyone help me please????

I have just come back for Georgia ( Third time, also 22 years to Tsilivi) I would say they are typical Greek apartments, above average and kept clean and tidy. Their pool and pool bar are nice too. They are in a very central location close to all the shops, bars and tavernas, I have my favorites but you are spoilt for choice. Although central still only a nice 10 minute stroll to the beach. If you have not been before and want to see the shipwreck and blue caves, go with Captain Spiros on Levante Speedboat, by far the best way. Buses to Zante town are good and taxis are quit cheap too.
